Web resmi Naruto telah merilis trailer spinoffnya yang berjudul Rock Lee no Seishun Full-Power Ninden berdurasi 30 detik. Spinoff Naruto ini bertemakan anime komedi dengan Rock Lee sebagai pemeran utamanya. Anime ini akan tayang di Jepang pada tanggal 3 April 2012.
